Let’s talk about Prosecco DOC Extra Dry - Metodo Charmat - Lamberti

More questions

Lamberti's Prosecco DOC Extra Dry, produced according to the Charmat Method, is a sparkling wine that expresses with elegance and freshness the character of the Glera vine, grown in the suitable areas of Veneto. Lamberti, a winery known for its tradition and innovation in the production of sparkling wines, offers with this Prosecco a perfect example of balance between sweetness, acidity and sparklingness, making it ideal for any drinking occasion.

This Prosecco stands out for its pale straw yellow color, with greenish reflections that underline its freshness. The perlage is fine and persistent, a distinctive sign of careful and quality winemaking. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and aromatic, with dominant notes of green apple, pear and white flowers, enriched by a light citrus touch, which gives the wine a pleasant olfactory complexity.

In the mouth, Lamberti's Prosecco DOC Extra Dry reveals a sweetness well balanced by lively acidity, creating a gustatory harmony that makes the wine extremely drinkable and satisfying. The creaminess of the perlage caresses the palate, leaving a sensation of freshness and cleanliness, with a slightly fruity and persistent finish.

Ideal as an aperitif, this Prosecco is also an excellent companion for light appetizers, fish and seafood dishes, as well as for celebrating special moments. Its versatility makes it suitable to be appreciated both on informal occasions and in more formal events, always offering a highly satisfying tasting experience.

With its Prosecco DOC Extra Dry "Charmat Method", Lamberti demonstrates its commitment to creating sparkling wines that are an expression of the quality and winemaking tradition of the Veneto, offering a product that combines the elegance and freshness typical of Prosecco with the balanced sweetness of the Extra Dry style.
