Produced in the hills of Serre di Pederiva, in the heart of the province of Treviso, this Prosecco DOC Treviso Brut stands out for its fresh and lively expression, typical of the Veneto territory. Obtained mainly from the Glera grape variety, it is an elegant example of sparkling bubbles that enhance the mineral content of the soil rich in skeleton and clay. The aging takes place in stainless steel to preserve the aromatic intensity, characterized by hints of green apple, white flowers, and a delicate citrus touch.

On the palate, the fine and persistent bubbles provide a pleasant freshness, balanced by a savory note that invites the next sip. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light appetizers and fish dishes, this Prosecco Brut reflects the winemaking art of Serre di Pederiva, offering an elegant and refreshing experience, perfect to enhance every convivial moment.

Winery history
The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations. Today their children continue the business, preserving traditional practices in the terraced vineyards and hand-tending the vines.
Production philosophy
They practice viticulture closely connected to the land: manual work on the slopes, respect for biodiversity, and sustainability-oriented practices. Their approach combines local tradition with innovation in the cellar to bring out the characteristics of each cru.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the steep hills of Combai, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, at the foothills of the Prealpi Bellunesi: a terraced landscape where heroic viticulture is practiced and grapes are grown for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and wines from native grape varieties.
