The Prosecco DOC Treviso Extra Dry of Serre di Pederiva is born in the heart of the historic Prosecco production area, guarded by the province of Treviso, where the limestone soils and temperate climate give the Glera grape a distinctive quality. This fresh and lively sparkling wine is characterized by the typical fine effervescence and a delicate aroma, recalling notes of green apple, pear, and a light floral hint.

The aging takes place in steel to preserve freshness and brightness, while fermentation starts with selected yeasts that enhance the fruity bouquet while maintaining a harmonious balance. On the palate, it is soft, with a slender body and a pleasantly savory finish, typical of the Extra Dry versions, which present a slight sweetness well balanced by natural acidity.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with light fish dishes and Mediterranean appetizers, this Prosecco represents the excellence of the Treviso territory and the mastery of Serre di Pederiva in the production of quality sparkling wines.

Winery history
The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations.
