Pairing Aperitif, seafood, meat dishes, delicate risottos
The Prosecco Rosé DOC Millesimato from Maschio shows a fresh, inviting profile with fine, persistent bubbles and a delicate perlage. On the nose it opens to white flowers, small red fruits and gentle citrus notes; the palate favors drinkability and a balance between freshness and softness. The sip is immediate, slim-bodied, with a savory finish that invites another glass.

It works well as an aperitif but is versatile at the table: it pairs with fresh cold cuts, seafood starters, sushi and light vegetable dishes. It can also support not-too-sweet desserts or light fruit tarts. Serve chilled in tulip glasses to highlight aromas and bubbles. Its freshness also makes it suitable for summer terraces and convivial gatherings; an unpretentious choice for informal moments and modest celebrations.
