It is created using exclusively Glera grapes grown in the vineyards of the Treviso area, following the company's meticulous approach to the vineyard and cellar. The passion for viticulture, the commitment to protecting environmental biodiversity and careful attention to the details of the sparkling process are the fundamental elements of this high quality Prosecco. The grapes are delicately pressed, the free-run must ferments in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature and the base wine matures for a few months in steel before passing into an autoclave for second fermentation and second fermentation according to the Martinotti Method, with at least 30 days of refinement.

It appears in the glass with a straw yellow color and brilliant greenish reflections. The perlage is fine and persistent. The bouquet releases aromas of pear, apple and white fruit, accompanied by light floral tones. On the palate, the wine is agile and lively, with fragrant fruit and a fresh finish.
