The Prosecco Valdobbiadene Conegliano Dry of Tenute Gabe is born in the heart of the historic area of the Colline di Valdobbiadene, a UNESCO-recognized heritage for the quality of its vineyards. Obtained from selected Glera grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for its fine and persistent perlage, the result of careful sparkling fermentation in autoclave according to the Charmat method.

On the nose it reveals delicate scents of green apple, white flowers, and a light mineral note reminiscent of the hilly territory characterized by clayey and calcareous soils. The palate is soft, balanced with a slightly sweeter taste compared to brut, typical of the Dry version, which favors a pleasant sensation of roundness and freshness.

Perfect to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, and vegetable-based preparations, this Prosecco embodies the elegance and finesse of the Veneto territory in every sip.
