Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Brut Col de L’Utia - Prapian is born on the hills of Valdobbiadene, the beating heart of the Venetian sparkling wine tradition. Made with selected Glera grapes, this sparkling wine reflects the elegance and freshness typical of the territory, dominated by a mild climate and soils characterized by layers of marl and clay. The Charmat method gives this Brut a fine and persistent perlage, with a vibrant aromatic profile that recalls scents of green apple, white flowers, and citrus hints. On the palate, it stands out for its liveliness and harmony, with a significant acidity that balances the softness, leaving a clean and inviting finish.

Winery history
Tenuta Prapian is located in the municipality of Tarzo and is presented as a company built on modern principles that combines innovation with local roots. The production facility and the estate are part of the activities linked to Sacchetto S.r.l, and the company is promoted as a family-run operation focused on the hills of Valdobbiadene and Asolo.
Production philosophy
It is based on caring for the territory and on balancing people, technology and nature: organic practices in the vineyard, attention to biodiversity, and modern production processes to express the character of the territory while preserving its resources.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards located on the hills of Tarzo in the province of Treviso, within the DOCG Valdobbiadene and Asolo-Nervesa areas. Mineral-rich soils, sites sheltered from the wind and vineyards situated at approximately 300 meters above sea level, set in a landscape of woodlands and rolling hills.
