From the heart of the famous Valdobbiadene area, where the hills shape a unique landscape, comes the Prosecco Valdobbiadene Superiore DOCG Extra Dry Col de L’Utia of Prapian. This sparkling wine is characterized by a careful selection of Glera grapes, typical of the territory, grown in terraced vineyards that benefit from an ideal microclimate, with perfect sun exposure and ventilation.

Vinification takes place with the Charmat method, which enhances the freshness and aromatic liveliness of the wine, while the aging in the autoclave preserves its balance and fine bubbles. On the nose, it opens with delicate notes of white flowers, green apple, and a slight hint of almond, while on the palate it is harmonious and soft, with a pleasant sweetness balanced by lively acidity.

Perfect to accompany light appetizers, fish dishes, and convivial moments, this Prosecco offers a refined experience typical of the gentle Venetian hills.
