Delicate bubbles that support an evolved aromatic profile, where citrus freshness coexists with deeper notes of bread crust, hazelnut and a touch of mountain honey. The zero dosage emphasizes the acidic structure and sapidity, giving the sip a precise clarity and a dry framework that allows for a long finish. It is not a wine for display, but one to be contemplated in small sips, appreciating its dry elegance and markedly vertical profile. On the table it pairs well with dishes that marry freshness and texture: simple shellfish, baked fish, citrus-based preparations and not-too-sweet aged cheeses.
Serve chilled but not ice-cold, in glasses that allow the aromatic nuances to breathe; it is a tasting companion that invites you to discover the progress of evolution in the bottle, ideal for those seeking a nervy, sapid bubbly without added sweeteners.

The story
Terroir and vineyards
