Pairing Charcuterie
Real Wine Cabernet Sauvignon from House of Smith is a red wine that expresses the typical characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon. Visually it shows an intense ruby color with purplish reflections. On the nose, one perceives fragrances of red and black fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, together with herbal notes and black pepper, with hints of delicate spice. The olfactory approach remains balanced and not overly pronounced.

On the palate it presents a medium-full structure, tannins that are present but well integrated, and good acidity that supports the drinking. The finish is persistent and leans toward fruity recalls and a slight spiciness. It is recommended to serve at a cool but not too cold temperature, around 16–18 °C, and to pair it with meat dishes, medium-aged cheeses or flavorful dishes. Suitable for relatively immediate consumption but can also benefit from a few years of cellar aging if one wishes to mellow the tannins. Store in a cool place away from light.
