This elegant Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC Biodynamic comes from the renowned Vigna La Ginestra of Podere Vecciano, located in the heart of Romagna. The term "biodynamic" reflects the adoption of farming practices that respect the rhythm of nature and the ecosystem, capturing in the bottle a wine that is pure, authentic, and vibrant with vital energy.

The Rebola, an indigenous grape variety of the region, is famous for its ability to reflect the unique terroir from which it originates. This wine marries the typical freshness of the grape with the complexity that only biodynamic techniques can offer. The aromatic showcase identifies notes of white-fleshed fruits such as peaches and pear, accompanied by floral nuances of acacia and fine mineral vibrations that pulse with every sip.

On the palate, the Rebola Colli di Rimini DOC from Vigna La Ginestra surprises with its impeccable balance between lively acidity and a light structure that promises a harmonious sip. The alcohol is well integrated, leading to a persistent finish that invites reflection.

It is an ideal wine to serve chilled, between 8-10°C, perfect to accompany raw fish dishes, light appetizers, or as an aperitif. Additionally, its purity and respectful production methods make this wine an excellent choice for natural wine enthusiasts seeking a glass that speaks the language of its terroir.

Purchasing this wine means not only enjoying a high-quality product but also supporting sustainable farming practices that care for the health of our planet.
