Rebola Colleparadiso is a white wine that is born only in the Rimini area, can in fact be produced exclusively from grapes grown and vinified in the territory of the province of Rimini. StIt is obtained from Grechetto Gentile grapes grown in just 64 hectares out of a total of 1,600 hectares of vineyard on the hills of Rimini.

In the glass it has a bright yellow color with light greenish reflections. The bouquet is extremely fresh, with aromas of orange blossom, hints of elderberry and white peach. The palate perceives a full sip given by the perfect balance between the note of freshness and the caloric one. Persistent almond finish.

A wine that lends itself very well to being consumed as an aperitif, it is also excellent to combine with dishes of the great Romagna tradition such as passatelli in broth, white meats and savory fish-based dishes.
