Ribona Metodo Classico by Fontezoppa is an elegant sparkling wine produced in the renowned Friulian region, famous for its extraordinary winemaking vocation. Made with Ribona grapes, an indigenous white grape variety, this metodo classico expresses all the freshness and minerality typical of the hilly production area. The secondary fermentation in the bottle gives this wine fine and persistent bubbles, accompanied by a delicate and settled perlage.

On the nose, it opens with fragrant aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and light notes of bread crust due to the aging on the lees. On the palate, it is balanced and vibrant, with good structure and a clean finish that invites the next sip.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes, shellfish, and delicate appetizers, Ribona Metodo Classico Fontezoppa represents a refined expression of Friulian sparkling wine artistry.
