The Ripasso della Valpolicella Superiore Mezzina di Tommasi is a wine that embodies the essence of the Veneto territory, an authentic expression of Valpolicella Classica. Mainly made from Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this intense red stands out for the ripasso aging method, which consists of refermenting the young wine on the Amarone’s grape skins, imparting complexity and structure.

In the glass, it appears with a deep ruby color, accompanied by rich aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and plum, enriched by delicate spicy notes and light hints of vanilla and cocoa, a result of aging in oak barrels. On the palate, it is soft and harmonious, with silky tannins and a pleasant persistence that invites sip after sip. Ideal with meat dishes, aged cheeses, and flavorful risottos, it best expresses Tommasi’s tradition and passion for quality wine.
