The Roero Arneis DOCG Sito dei Fossili, coming from the evocative territory of Piedmont, tells the story of an indigenous grape variety rich in tradition and freshness. This white wine is made from Arneis grapes grown on the gentle hills of Roero, a terroir characterized by sandy and limestone soils that give elegance and minerality to the wine.
In the glass, it shows a bright straw-yellow color, accompanied by intense aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and light almond notes, which enhance its aromatic-fruity complexity. The palate is fresh, balanced, and savory, with a delicately almond-flavored finish typical of the grape variety. The aging, carefully conducted in steel, preserves the purity of these sensations without overloading them.
An ideal companion for appetizers, white meats, and fish-based dishes, it best expresses the unique and refined character of Roero Arneis, making it a distinctive representative of the Piedmontese territory.
