The Sangiovese Superiore Riserva "Borgoleale" is a wine from Romagna with a brilliant ruby red color with intense reflections that opens to the nose with a fabulous floral scent of wild violet, to which are added fruity hints of sour cherries and currants, as well as spicy hints of tobacco and leather. The sip is well structured, enveloping and elegant, with very present tannins and a persistent finish. An extremely pleasant drink that recalls the sip, glass after glass.

The perfect pairing is certainly with dishes based on stewed cuts of red meat, game, game or aged cheeses.
