Romangia IGT Moscadeddu di Dettori is a rare and fascinating wine, born in Sardinia, land of ancient winemaking traditions. The Moscadeddu grape, native and precious, gives this wine a unique and deeply Mediterranean character, with intense aromas of white flowers, citrus fruits, and a delicate spiciness. The terroir of Romangia, with its mild climate and calcareous soils, imparts freshness and finesse to the sip, balancing the aromatic and gustatory structure.

The aging in steel, preferred by Dettori to preserve aromatic purity, enhances the vibrant acidity and evolving complexity of Moscadeddu, making it ideal to accompany seafood dishes, such as grilled fish or shellfish, but also light white meats. A sensory experience that tells the essence of a territory and an ancient vineyard, enhanced by the expert hand of a visionary winemaker.
