The Rosato Primitivo IGP Puglia of Tenuta Viglione is born in the sunny Apulian region, the wine-growing heart of Southern Italy, where the Mediterranean climate and soils rich in limestone and clay enhance the intense character of the Primitivo grape. This rosé reveals a lively coral pink color, the result of a short maceration that preserves freshness and aromas.
On the nose, it offers an inviting bouquet of red fruits such as wild strawberries and cherries, combined with delicate floral notes and a hint of sweet spices. On the palate, it is fresh, balanced, with good structure and a pleasant sapidity that makes it smooth and enveloping to drink. The aging in steel helps maintain its freshness and aromatic intensity.
Perfect to pair with light appetizers, summer salads, and fish dishes, this rosé best expresses the authentic charm of Puglia and Primitivo.
