Obtained from Montepulciano grapes, this wine is subjected to a fermentation process in steel and aged for a year in large oak barrels; before being marketed, the wine continues to refine in the bottle for a period of 4 months.

It has a ruby red hue with purple reflections, offering a pleasantly fruity olfactory bouquet, with clear accents of cherry and plum. In the mouth, it is characterized by a soft, fragrant and pulpy entry, with harmonious tannins.

Ideal for approaching traditional Marche cuisine. It goes well with white meats, cured meats, medium-aged pecorino cheese and "crescia marchigiana". Thanks to its softness and balance, it can also be appreciated for an aperitif.

Long live Marche!

Really delicate, fruity taste and aftertaste, smelling and tasting cherry, etc (I remember no more...), it is close to 2019 vintage of this wine, I can recommend for a light dinner, indeed.
