The Rosso IGP Trent’Anni by Cotarella is born in the heart of central Italy, where the temperate climate and suitable soils give the grape varieties a particular elegance and structure. This label highlights the robust and enveloping character of the selected grapes, passionately cultivated in the production area that guarantees quality and typicality. The wine presents an intense and deep color, accompanied by a complex bouquet ranging from scents of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and light balsamic notes.

On the palate, it is full-bodied and well-balanced, with soft tannins that envelop the taste and a pleasant final persistence. The carefully tended aging contributes to a harmonious structure without sacrificing freshness. Ideal paired with red meats, rich first courses, and aged cheeses, this Rosso IGP fully expresses the personality of the territory and Cotarella's expertise in winemaking.

Winery history
The family's roots date back to the 1960s; brothers Renzo and Riccardo Cotarella founded the Falesco project in 1979. In the years that followed, leadership passed to the next generation and the group evolved into Famiglia Cotarella, expanding its vineyard holdings and acquiring new estates. The company has also conducted research and initiatives to recover local grape varieties such as Roscetto.
Production philosophy
The pursuit of territorial expression through the integration of tradition and innovation: a focus on enhancing indigenous grape varieties, experimentation in the vineyard and cellar, and training and social responsibility projects linked to the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Vineyards are mainly located across Lazio and Umbria, with sites also in Tuscany. Soils are often of volcanic origin in the areas surrounding Lake Bolsena.
