The Rosso IGT Burson Etichetta Nera from Randi presents itself as a red wine with character, aimed at those seeking a balanced and approachable profile. In color it shows ruby tones; on the nose it offers a bouquet of dark berry fruit and delicate spicy notes, without excess. On the palate it is full and harmonious, with present but well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that supports the sip; the finish is flavorful and invites a second taste.

Ideal to accompany rustic dishes and preparations based on meat, mushrooms or medium-aged cheeses, it is also suitable to enjoy on its own during moments of relaxation. Serve slightly cooler than room temperature, in large glasses to enhance its aromatic profile. Store in a cool, shaded place; consume within a few years to appreciate its immediacy. Its structure makes it suitable for everyday conviviality but also informal dinners with friends; it pairs well with hearty soups and characterful Mediterranean cuisine. For those who prefer softer aromas, a short decanting helps round the aromatic profile without hiding the liveliness.

Discover the story and wines of Azienda Agricola Randi (Randi Vini).

Azienda Agricola Randi, founded at the end of World War II and active from the early 1950s, farms vineyards in Fusignano and Alfonsine. It produces artisanal local wines (about 63 hectares of vineyards) focused on native Romagna varieties and the Bursôn.
Region: Emilia-Romagna (province of Ravenna)
Country: Italy
Winery history
The winery was established in the early 1950s; in 2000 the estate joined the 'Il Bagnacavallo' consortium and has since been one of the area's main Bursôn producers. The estate remains family-run (sources mention Massimo Randi).
Production philosophy
Territory-focused production: integrated pest management in the vineyard (targeted treatments only when necessary), no forcing; in the cellar non-invasive practices and gradual aging to highlight the native grape characteristics.
