The Nerobufaleffj by Gulfi is a full-bodied red born in the fascinating territory of Terre Siciliane IGT, precisely in the Val di Noto region, renowned for the quality of its mineral-rich terroir and the Mediterranean climate moderated by the proximity of the sea.

This wine comes from the Nero d’Avola grape variety, cultivated with traditional methods that enhance the authentic expression of the grape. The aging takes place in oak barrels, giving the wine a robust structure and elegant aromatic complexity, characterized by intense aromas of ripe red fruits, delicate spices, and balsamic notes.

On the palate, Nerobufaleffj is full and persistent, with well-integrated tannins that ensure a refined balance. It is ideal paired with meat dishes, game, and aged cheeses, enhancing every flavor with its warm minerality and Mediterranean depth.
