Rosso Toscana IGT Selezione di Ripa delle More, signed Castello Vicchiomaggio, is a wine that encapsulates the authentic character of Tuscany, a refined expression of a dedicated and generous land. Produced with Sangiovese grapes, blended with selected international varieties, it presents a complex bouquet where aromas of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and blackberry, emerge, intertwined with delicate hints of spices and tobacco. Its aging, expertly carried out in oak barrels, imparts softness and structure, with velvety tannins and an elegant balance.

On the palate, it stands out for its persistence and harmonious rhythm between freshness and body, ideal to accompany traditional Tuscan dishes, such as grilled red meats, pici with ragù, or aged cheeses. A Rosso Toscana that speaks of history and passion, an invitation to discover the essence of Chianti Classico with a contemporary touch.
