The Salina Rosso IGP Guardiano del Faro by Cantina Colosi is born in the enchanting Aeolian archipelago, where the volcanic soil and the marine influence give the vines a unique and unmistakable character. This wine is a skillfully balanced blend that best enhances the native varieties, predominantly Nerello Mascalese, known for its elegance and finesse.

After a controlled fermentation, the Guardiano del Faro ages in oak barrels that intensify its structure, enhancing its soft tannins and providing a complex and enveloping bouquet.
