The Sangiovese di Romagna DOC "Modigliana V.Beccaccia" from Villa Papiano offers an essential, recognizable profile. In the glass it shows a light ruby color with violet reflections; on the nose it opens with aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry and raspberry, accompanied by light floral notes and a hint of sweet spices. The aromatic texture remains frank and unforced, reflecting the territorial simplicity of Sangiovese di Romagna and the careful work of the winery. The palate favors clarity and immediacy: acidity is lively and supports the body without weighing it down, while the aromatic range may bring, depending on vintages, light herbal notes and a gentle fruity aftertaste.

On the palate it is fresh, with present but well-integrated tannins that contribute to a balanced structure. The drinking experience is lean, flowing and suitable for everyday consumption but also for regional dishes such as cold cuts, white meat mains and fresh cheeses. Serving temperature around 16–18°C; it is recommended to pair it with not overly complex dishes to appreciate its genuineness and moderate persistence.
