The Romagna DOC "Cornelianum" Sangiovese Superiore produced by Tenuta Santini is a celebration of the richness and complexity that the Sangiovese grape can express in the fertile lands of Romagna. This wine, captivating and deeply rooted in the regional winemaking tradition, reflects Tenuta Santini's meticulous attention to detail and quality.

The vineyard is located on clay-limestone soils that impart a distinctive minerality to the wine, complemented by a robust structure and elegant tannins. Manual harvesting and careful selection of grapes ensure that only the best clusters are used for the production of this Sangiovese Superiore.

Fermentation takes place in stainless steel containers to preserve the freshness and authenticity of the fruit, followed by aging in oak barrels that enrich the wine with nuances of vanilla and sweet spices, without overwhelming the fruity character.

Visually, the "Cornelianum" presents a deep ruby red color with purple highlights that promise youth and vibrancy. On the nose, intense aromas of ripe cherry, plum, and hints of tobacco and leather emerge, intertwined with delicate touches of rosemary and black pepper. On the palate, the wine offers an exceptional balance between refreshing acidity and soft tannins, leading to a long and harmonious finish, leaving space for memories of berries and dark chocolate.
