Small-berry Sangiovese vinified in a cement tank and then aged for 12-24 months in large oak barrels, followed by 3 months of bottle aging. Ruby garnet color, the nose is complex, with evident spicy notes, coffee, chocolate, wild berries, and cherries. On the palate, it is balanced, with excellent structure, elegant, with a very long and soft finish well supported by lively tannins.
