Sauvignon Blanc Amphora - Tenuta Griesserhof is born in the heart of the South Tyrolean territory, where a cool climate and altitude impart extraordinary elegance to the grape variety. This white wine, made from carefully cultivated Sauvignon Blanc grapes, stands out for its unique aging in terracotta amphorae, a technique that enhances purity and minerality, emphasizing the original character of the grape.

In the glass, it presents a bright straw-yellow color, while on the nose it offers intense aromas of aromatic herbs, white flowers, and a fresh citrus vein, accompanied by a delicate mineral hint. On the palate, the fresh and savory structure is balanced by good acidity, which gives persistence and harmony to each sip.

Perfect with fish dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, this Sauvignon Blanc represents a true meeting point between tradition and experimentation in South Tyrol.
