The Sauvignon Trentino DOC of Solander is born in the heart of the Trentino region, a territory characterized by a cool and breezy climate, ideal to best enhance the delicate characteristics of this aromatic grape variety. The Sauvignon grape, carefully cultivated, gives the wine intense and complex aromas, opening with notes of freshly cut grass, citrus fruits, and a subtle mineral hint, typical of the soils in the area.

After a low-temperature fermentation to preserve the fresh aromas, the wine briefly matures in stainless steel, thus retaining its vivacity and crispness. On the palate, it reveals itself as elegant and harmonious, with a perfect balance between acidity and sapidity, ideal to accompany fish dishes, shellfish, or summer salads. It is a refined expression of Sauvignon in Trentino, capable of delivering a fresh and engaging sensory experience.
