Ser Biagio from Tenuta di Artimino is a fine example of Carmignano DOC, born from the skillful blend of Sangiovese and Cabernet grapes. This red wine stands out for its deep color intensity, a bright ruby that preludes to a rich and complex olfactory experience. On the nose, it opens with a bouquet of ripe red fruits, notes of violet, and light spicy nuances that develop thanks to the delicate passage in barrique.

On the palate, Ser Biagio shows a medium-full body, expertly balanced between soft tannins and lively freshness. The harmony of fruit and wood blends perfectly, culminating in a persistent finish that invites another sip.

Ideal to pair with traditional Tuscan cuisine dishes, such as bistecca alla fiorentina or game-based dishes, Ser Biagio is also perfect with aged cheeses. It is recommended to serve it at a temperature of 18°C to enhance all its nuances. A wine that promises to evolve beautifully with aging, ideal for lovers of Tuscan reds with a bold character.
