The Spumante Alta Langa DOCG Vigna Gatinera Riserva Pas Dosè 84 mesi - Fontanafredda is the sublime expression of the Piedmont hills, where the Pinot Nero and Chardonnay varieties find their ideal habitat. Characterized by a long aging of 84 months on the lees, it offers a unique complexity and finesse, with a pronounced structure and a vibrant acidity that guarantee an extraordinary persistence.

In the glass it shows a very fine and persistent perlage, crowned by a light straw color. The aromas open with notes of yeast, toast, and hints of ripe fresh fruit, accompanied by mineral and citrus sensations. The palate is very elegant, dry, savory, and harmonious, capable of gracefully accompanying refined dishes based on fish, shellfish, and white meats.

A true masterpiece of Alta Langa, synonymous with tradition and winemaking mastery.
