The Spumante Brut Grillo DOC of Bolentino, produced by Cantina Colosi, represents an elegant expression of the native Sicilian grape variety Grillo, carefully cultivated in the DOC Sicilia area. This sparkling wine is made from selected grapes, hand-picked to preserve freshness and aromaticity, and is distinguished by its fine and persistent perlage, the result of a masterfully controlled bottle fermentation.

On the nose, it offers intense notes of citrus, green apple, and a light floral scent that gives it vibrant freshness. On the palate, it is dry, balanced, with a pleasant sapidity and a harmonious finish that invites another sip. Ideal as an aperitif or to accompany seafood appetizers, crustaceans, and light dishes of Mediterranean tradition, this sparkling wine authentically expresses the territory and the quality philosophy of Cantina Colosi. A refined toast from Sicily, capable of surprising and conquering.
