The Spumante Dosaggio Zero of Collavini is born in the heart of Veneto, a land known for producing sparkling wines with great character. Made mainly from Glera grapes, typical of the area, this sparkling wine stands out for the complete absence of added sugars after disgorgement, which enhances its natural purity and freshness.

Refined using the classic method, this Dosaggio Zero features a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied on the nose by elegant hints of white flowers, citrus fruits, and slight mineral notes. On the palate, it surprises with its clear dryness, lively acidity, and a savory taste that recalls the terroir of origin. It is ideal as an aperitif for those who prefer less sweet bubbles, but it also pairs excellently with light seafood dishes and fresh cheeses.
