The Spumante Dry Valdobbiadene Superiore Cartizze DOCG - Serre di Pederiva is an authentic expression of the renowned Cartizze hillside area, the beating heart of superior quality Prosecco. Made exclusively with Glera grapes, this sparkling wine stands out for its refinement and the typical elegance of the Treviso terroir, where the combination of mild climate and calcareous-clay soils gives the wine complexity and freshness.

In the glass, it shows a very fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by slender golden hues. The aromatic profile is enveloping, with hints of white flowers, golden apple, and slight notes of bread crust, the result of careful fermentation and aging in the autoclave that preserves liveliness and gustatory cleanliness.

On the palate, it reveals a pleasant gustatory finesse, with a perfect balance between vibrant acidity and restrained sweetness, ideal for accompanying delicate appetizers, shellfish, and light desserts, enhancing every sip with a sensation of elegance and harmony.
