The Marquise M16 Spumante by Serafini & Vidotto is an excellent vintage Classic Method, made from the best Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested in the 2014, 2015, and 2017 vintages.

Elegant and complex, it presents with a fine and persistent perlage, aromas of bread crust, candied citrus, white flowers, and a delicate mineral note. On the palate, it is creamy, fresh, and harmonious, with a long and refined finish.

Perfect to accompany raw seafood, crustaceans, and gourmet dishes. A great sparkling wine for meditation and celebration.
