Pairing Aperitifs, appetizers, light dishes
It shows fine bubbles and a gentle foam, a sign of natural re-fermentation that favors freshness. On the nose there are hints of white-fleshed fruit and wildflowers, supported by a lively acidic backbone and a pleasant sapidity that gives structure to each sip. The body is slender, the palate immediate yet nuanced, with a finish that stays clean and slightly citrusy; the orange cap and the absence of a label emphasize a sincere, no-frills approach aimed at those seeking authenticity in the glass.

Serve very cold to enhance freshness, in not-too-large glasses: it is perfect as an aperitif, with fish and shellfish starters, light fried dishes or fresh cheeses; it also surprises alongside everyday cooking. A bottle with an informal but cared-for character, it is an ideal companion for convivial moments and for those who especially appreciate natural bubbles with a direct approach.

Winery history
Casa Roma is the agricultural estate of the Peruzzetto family, rooted in the Piave region. The company developed around the historic farmhouse known as "Casa Roma" and has progressively promoted local grape varieties, particularly Raboso, alongside international plantings. Public information indicates it is family-run and has a long-standing presence in San Polo di Piave.
Production philosophy
The winery aims to strike a balance between tradition and experimentation: preserving and promoting the indigenous grape varieties of the Marca Trevigiana, while introducing sustainability-focused agricultural practices and experimenting with resistant and international grape varieties.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located in the Vini del Piave area, between the hills of Conegliano and the plain between Treviso and Venice. The soils, characterized by stony ground along the Piave valley, favor, among others, the cultivation of Glera for Prosecco and Raboso for local wines.
Awards and recognitions
