The Classic Method Sparkling Wine Brut Cuvée Rosso by Francesco Bellei is a distinctive oenological creation that demonstrates the skill and innovation of the Bellei winery in the production of Classic Method sparkling wines. This red sparkling wine is the result of a rigorous selection of red grapes, subjected to a winemaking process that follows the traditional Classic Method, characterized by secondary fermentation in the bottle and long aging on the yeasts. This method gives the wine a remarkable complexity and structure, combined with a fine and persistent perlage.

The use of red grapes to produce a Classic Method sparkling wine is a bold choice that offers a unique tasting experience, combining the freshness and liveliness of sparkling wine with the aromatic richness and depth of red wines. The result is a Brut Rosso sparkling wine that challenges conventions and opens up new possibilities for food pairings.

Visually, it has an intense ruby red color, enlivened by a very fine perlage that adds elegance to the glass. On the nose, the bouquet is rich and complex, with notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherries and blackberries, enriched by nuances of sweet spices, toasted bread and yeasts, the result of aging on the yeasts which adds layers of complexity.

In the mouth, the wine offers an excellent structure and an impeccable balance between acidity and body. The freshness of the sparkling wine combines harmoniously with the soft and well-integrated tannins of the red grapes, creating an enveloping and persistent flavor texture. The finish is long and satisfying, with an aftertaste that recalls the fruity and spicy notes perceived on the nose.

Ideal as a surprising aperitif or paired with robust appetizers, meat dishes and mature cheeses, Francesco Bellei's Brut Cuvée Rosso Classic Method Spumante stands out for its versatility and its ability to offer an unforgettable tasting experience.

With his Brut Cuvée Rosso "Classic Method", Francesco Bellei explores new frontiers of sparkling winemaking, demonstrating that the passion for innovation and respect for tradition can converge in the creation of exceptional sparkling wines, capable of surprising and delighting even the more demanding palates.
