The Spumante Metodo Classico Pinot Nero Extra Brut from Cantina Storica Montù Beccaria is born in the heart of Oltrepò Pavese, a land renowned for the excellence of its sparkling wines. This product expresses all the elegance of the Pinot Nero grape, carefully cultivated on clay and limestone soils that confer structure and finesse. The bottle fermentation according to the Metodo Classico guarantees a fine and persistent perlage, an expression of balanced aging and artisanal care.
In the glass it appears with a pale straw color, dotted with greenish reflections. On the nose, fresh scents of small red fruits emerge, accompanied by delicate floral hints and a light toasted note due to the long contact with the yeasts. On the palate, it is dry, with a vibrant acidity that gives freshness and a pleasant mineral sapidity. Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and refined appetizers, it is an authentic expression of Lombard sparkling wine tradition.
