Il Pomino DOC Brut Metodo Classico di Leonia represents an elegant expression of the Tuscan territory, where the hills of the Florence region offer an ideal terroir for high-altitude viticulture. Made with selected grapes, mainly Chardonnay and Pinot Nero, this sparkling wine stands out for its refined complexity thanks to a prolonged aging on the lees, which imparts finesse and persistence.

In the glass, it shows a fine and continuous perlage, a bright straw-yellow color with green reflections. The bouquet is vibrant and fresh, with notes of bread crust, white-fleshed fruit, and delicate floral nuances. On the palate, it impresses with the balance between tart freshness and softness, accompanied by a pleasant savoriness that makes it versatile in pairing.

Perfect as an aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and shellfish, this classic method sparkling wine in Jeroboam format is ideal for festive and celebratory moments, enhancing the experience also thanks to the refined wooden case that preserves its charm unaltered.
