The Spumante Valdobbiadene Extra Dry Rive di Combai Gran Cuvée DOCG by Valgres is born in the heart of the Combai hills, a renowned cru for the production of excellent Prosecco within the Valdobbiadene territory. Made entirely with selected Glera grapes, this wine releases a subtle elegance thanks to the meticulous long Charmat method that enhances freshness and varietal aroma. The sip is characterized by a fine and persistent perlage, which accompanies fruity notes of golden apple, white peach, and a delicate hint of white flowers, enriched by pleasant mineral nuances typical of the Rive di Combai terroir. The balance between the natural extra dry sweetness and lively acidity makes the Gran Cuvée perfect as an elegant aperitif or paired with delicate fish dishes and fresh cheeses. In every sip, the purity and territoriality of Valdobbiadene are expressed with grace and harmony.

Winery history
The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations. They practice viticulture closely connected to the land: manual work on the slopes, respect for biodiversity, and sustainability-oriented practices. Their approach combines local tradition with innovation in the cellar to bring out the characteristics of each cru.
Terroir and vineyards
