The Spumante Valdobbiadene Superiore Extra Dry DOCG of Lovrè, produced in the characteristic hills of the Valdobbiadene area, gracefully expresses the essence of the Glera grape variety. This unique terroir, recognized for its morphological sweetness and ideal microclimate, gives the wine distinctive freshness and aromaticity. The aging takes place according to the Charmat method, which preserves the liveliness of the bubbles and the clarity of floral and fruity aromas.

On the nose, an elegant bouquet emerges, with hints of green apple, ripe pear, and light notes of wildflowers, accompanied by a pleasant minerality typical of the territory. The palate is balanced, characterized by fine sweetness, creamy bubbles, and a savory aftertaste that invites sip after sip. Ideal as an aperitif or paired with light seafood dishes and vegetarian cuisine, it tells an authentic experience of the Venetian sparkling wine tradition.

Winery history
The winery was born from the commitment of the Pederiva and Mattiola families to the Combai area. Production grew as a family enterprise handed down through generations. Production philosophy
They practice viticulture closely connected to the land: manual work on the slopes, respect for biodiversity, and sustainability-oriented practices. Their approach combines local tradition with innovation in the cellar to bring out the characteristics of each cru.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are located on the steep hills of Combai, in the Conegliano-Valdobbiadene area, at the foothills of the Prealpi Bellunesi: a terraced landscape where heroic viticulture is practiced and grapes are grown for Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG and wines from native grape varieties.
