The Traminer Aromatico from Jermann is an engaging and highly distinctive wine from the Friuli Venezia Giulia region, known for its excellent quality white wines. This wine is a masterful expression of the aromatic varieties of this area, made from carefully selected Traminer Aromatico grapes.

The glass presents itself with a brilliant straw yellow color, typical of Traminer, which immediately announces its liveliness and freshness. On the nose, it is distinguished by an intensely aromatic bouquet with fragrant notes of roses, lychees, and oriental spices, complemented by nuances of citrus and white-fleshed fruits that add freshness and dynamism to the overall olfactory experience.

On the palate, Jermann's Traminer Aromatico reveals itself to be structured and well-balanced. The attack is soft, then evolves with wonderful acidity and minerality that give the wine a long-lasting taste. The flavors are an elegant reflection of the olfactory sensations, with a particular focus on the finesse of the floral and fruity notes.

This wine pairs beautifully with boldly flavored fish dishes, such as smoked salmon or sushi, but can also be an excellent companion for spicy Asian cuisine. It is also a great choice as an aperitif, capable of stimulating the palate and preparing it for the flavors of the dishes that will follow.

Serve chilled, between 10 and 12 degrees Celsius, to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity and refined balance. A wine that captivates with its elegance and the uniqueness of its aromatic profile, making each sip an unforgettable experience.
