Terre Cevico’s Trebbiano di Romagna DOC presents an immediate, straightforward profile: in the glass it is a pale straw yellow and on the nose it offers fresh, linear notes dominated by white flowers, green apple and a citrus hint. The texture is light but precise, with lively acidity that gives sapidity and cleanliness to the sip; it doesn’t chase aromatic excess, instead focusing on balance and everyday drinkability.

On the palate it confirms a lean, easy-drinking character, with a slight roundness in the middle and a faint almond-like finish that invites a second glass. It’s a versatile companion: it works well with seafood starters, light soups, salads and fresh cheeses, but doesn’t look out of place alongside pizzas and simple traditional dishes. Serve chilled, not ice-cold, and drink young to appreciate its primary freshness. It also lends itself to being served in large glasses to showcase the aroma, feeling welcoming both at the table and in company.
