Elegant and concentrated, this Trento DOC Blanc de Blancs Millesimato Brut Nature in magnum format clearly conveys the fresh, savory profile of the style. The perlage is fine and persistent; on the nose it opens with notes of green apple, citron and white flowers, with a subtle hint of bread crust that adds depth. On the palate it is taut, vibrant from fresh acidity, with balanced structure and a mineral thread that supports the drink; the total absence of dosage allows the purity of the fruit and the cleanliness of the finish to emerge, savory and long.
The boxed magnum is ideal for those seeking presence at the table: it pairs well with raw seafood dishes, simply prepared shellfish or a refined aperitif. Serve very cold to appreciate its tension and balance; it’s a wine that doesn’t seek showy effects but offers precision and pleasure, perfect for those who love dry, linear bubbles with gastronomic character.

- Brand run by the couple Mattia and Anita.
- Initial commercial launches: first disgorgements in 2021; range expansion in 2022–2023.
The story
The MAN project began in 2012 as an initiative by Mattia and Anita. After years of refinement, the first bottles were disgorged in 2021. In subsequent years the range expanded with the Blanc de Noirs and the Riserva Nature.
Production philosophy
Pursuit of the "truth" of the bubbles through careful vineyard work, respect for the territory and minimal winemaking in accordance with the Metodo Classico regulations. Some house labels are disgorged without the addition of liqueur d'expedition to highlight the dolomitic, mineral character of the territory.
Terroir and vineyards
Val di Cembra: soils rich in porphyry, boulders and pebbles with calcareous components and sand. The vineyards are located at mountain elevations; the Chardonnay used for some bottlings comes from vines at around 600 m above sea level.
