The Trento DOC Brut by Moser is born in the delicate hills of the Trento province, a land renowned for producing high-quality sparkling wines thanks to the cool climate and morainic soil. This Classic Method, made predominantly from Chardonnay grapes, stands out for its elegance and freshness, the result of careful winemaking and aging on the lees that enhances its aromatic complexity.

In the glass, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, a bright and inviting straw yellow color. The scents of white flowers, golden apple, and light notes of bread crust intertwine harmoniously, heralding a balanced, fresh, and savory sip with a pleasant mineral vein. The persistence is clear, with a clean and vibrant finish.

Perfect for refined aperitifs or to accompany seafood appetizers and delicate white meats, this Brut represents Moser's philosophy: rigor, passion, and respect for the Trentino territory.

Winery history
The Moser family has been cultivating vineyards for decades in the area between Lago di Caldaro and Monticolo. After years of supplying locally, Tenuta Moser in Pianizza di Sotto was opened in 2018 with a modern winery to vinify its own selections. The estate remains family-run and combines hospitality with a wine shop.
Production philosophy
The approach is centered on the relationship with the terroir: rigorous grape selection, targeted maturation in oak and stainless steel, and the use of modern cellar technologies to enhance the characteristics of the individual vineyards of Caldaro and Monticolo. Production includes traditional varieties and disease-resistant cultivars, with a focus on sensory quality.
Terroir and vineyards
The vineyards are distributed around Lago di Caldaro and on the morainic slopes of Monticolo; the soils include morainic deposits and mineral porphyry, with sunny exposures favorable to red varieties and cooler sites for the whites.
