"Tyrsos", whose name derives from the Tirso river, is the expression young and fragrant of Vermentino from the Contini house. The vineyards of "Tyrsos" as you can certainly imagine, are located in the Alto Campidano, along the valley of the river Tirso.
After the harvest, the grapes are destemmed and softly pressed; the fermentation of the must takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 16-18°C. Subsequently, the wine ages for a few months in stainless steel tanks before bottling.
It is presented in the glass in a light and brilliant straw yellow colour. On the nose it seduces its floral and fruity bouquet that mixes with iodized sensations. The hints of white pulp fruit, citrus fruits, white flowers and aromatic herbs are the masters.
On the palate it is simple, flowing, fresh and light, with a pleasantly savory finish. A label with a clear and harmonious taste, particularly drinkable, ideal to taste with appetizers or fish-based dishes.
