The Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Superiore Extra Dry Millesimato - Magnum - Bandarossa - Bortolomiol is an elegant example of the winemaking savoir-faire of the renowned Bortolomiol estate, located in the heart of the Prosecco region, in Valdobbiadene. This sparkling wine is appreciated for its refined effervescence and balanced taste, making it an excellent choice for celebrations and special occasions.

Produced exclusively with carefully selected Glera grapes from the best vineyards in the area, this Prosecco has an alcohol content of 11.5%. The vinification process uses the Charmat method, which helps preserve the fresh and fruity aroma typical of these grapes. After re-fermentation in large pressurized containers, the wine matures for a few months before bottling.

Visually, the Bandarossa presents a bright straw yellow color, enriched by a fine and persistent perlage that invites tasting. On the nose, vibrant hints of fresh fruit such as green apple, pear, and floral notes of wisteria and acacia are distinguishable, with a light touch of citrus. On the palate, the profile is fresh and harmonious, with sweetness well balanced by a pleasant acidity. The aromatic persistence is long and pleasantly fruity.

Served chilled between 6-8 °C, the Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG Superiore Bandarossa is perfect as an aperitif, but it also pairs wonderfully with light appetizers, fish dishes, or seafood. An excellent option to add a touch of luxury and cheer to your important moments, presented in a magnum bottle that ensures a memorable impression.
