Valpolicella Classico 2023 - Clementi is born in the heart of the Veronese hills, a land of great winemaking tradition that produces elegant and characterful wines. This wine is made primarily from native grape varieties such as Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara, typical of the Valpolicella Classico DOC denomination. The 2023 harvest, conducted with great care, enhances the freshness and fruitiness of the blend, highlighting lively aromas of cherry, red fruits, and light floral nuances.

The aging takes place in steel, preserving the genuineness and aromatic liveliness of the wine, with a balance between acidity and softness that makes it suitable for young consumption but pleasantly persistent. On the palate, it is harmonious and fresh, with delicate tannins and a clean finish. Ideal paired with traditional Venetian cuisine dishes, such as risottos, white meats, and fresh cheeses, this Valpolicella Classico Clementi is a sincere reflection of the territory from which it originates.
