Made primarily from a rigorous selection of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes, this red wine is famous for its balance of delicacy and intensity.

On the nose, the Valpolicella Classico DOC stands out for its vivid notes of cherry and small red berries, along with nuances of spices delicately intertwined provided by the winemaking techniques used by Begali winery. Traditional fermentation and a brief aging in wooden barrels contribute to creating an aromatic profile that is both fresh and rich.

On the palate, the wine is smooth and harmonious, with a fine texture leading to a balance between acidity and gentle tannins. The fruit notes perfectly integrate with light hints of vanilla and pepper, offering a persistent and pleasantly complex taste sensation.

Typically served at a temperature of 16-18°C, Begali's Valpolicella Classico pairs well with Italian cuisine dishes such as pasta with ragù, roasted chicken, or medium-aged cheeses. It is also an excellent companion for social occasions, where its elegance and accessibility make it a perfect choice for an assortment of appetizers.

Ultimately, the Valpolicella Classico DOC by Begali is an exemplary example of how tradition and attention to detail can culminate in a wine that delights both novices and seasoned connoisseurs.
