The 100% Verdicchio vines are grown with a single Guyot training system, on clayey and mineral soil, with South-West exposure at an altitude of 165 m a.s.l. The harvest takes place manually in mid-September and the bunches after the collection is placed in crates. The vinification involves a soft pressing, fermentation at a controlled temperature of 14°C in steel tanks for 22 days. Maturation always in steel on the noble lees for 7 months and refinement for 3 months. in the bottle before marketing.
In the glass it has a straw yellow color with greenish reflections. The bouquet expresses fruity hints of pome fruit, citrus aromas, notes of hawthorn and white flowers. A savory and fresh sip, with an intense perception that ends with hints of almond.
It is recommended to combine it with appetizers and fish main courses, in particular with grilled fish and fried seafood.
